Probate Valuations

We offer a tailored Probate and Estate Valuation Service for individuals and professional clients alike.

• We can value the entire contents of a property or selected items as required, including fine art, jewellery, watches, antique furniture, contemporary art, specialist collectables, wine, gold, silver, and general household items. All valuations are carried out by our experienced team of specialists.

• In accordance with legal guidance, objects valued at £1,500 or more are itemised individually, while items below this threshold are grouped as totals. We can also provide more detailed valuations where required, for example for family division or specific bequests.

• Once probate has been granted, Yorkshire Auctions can advise on an appropriate sales destination for items, whether through our montly auctions or via speicalist sales or private treaty. We are also able to manage a complete house clearance service if needed.
